WHAT YOU'LL LEAD
Own the Customer Experience
  • Take qualified homeowners from the initial appointment through inspection, presentation, decision-making, and contract signing. Diagnose the Opportunity
  • Ask the right questions, understand the homeowner's situation, and recommend solutions that genuinely fit their needs. Close with Confidence
  • Present your recommendations clearly, handle objections professionally, and confidently ask for the business. Manage Your Pipeline
  • Stay organized, maintain accurate CRM activity, follow up with homeowners, and consistently work toward your production goals while leveraging the opportunities created by the company's ongoing investment in field recruiting.
