Lead merchandising, inventory, and sales strategies for the assigned department.Train & Coach:

1-4 yearsQualifications:
- Previous retail management or department leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of department products is highly advantageous. This would include grills or lawn and garden products
- Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and develop team members
- Strong merchandising and visual presentation skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 40 pounds Benefits
