An Assistant Retail Store Manager provides support to the Manager of a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

Assists the General Manager with all store operations Responsible for store operations when the General Manager is absent Leads by example and engages every customer with exceptional service Greets and thanks all customers in a timely and professional manner Suggests possible purchases to the customer and promotes store specials Contributes to the Team in all aspects of store operations Prior experience as a convenience store assistant manager is preferred. You must be authorized to work in the United States, be at least 18 years old.
