If you are confident, self-motivated, results-oriented and love exceeding sales goals, this is the perfect job for you. We are looking for a candidate who has open availability and able to work either morning or evening shifts.

The position requires:

At least 2-5 years of professional management experience. 1. Assisting with creating, delegating and controlling projects in the store. 2. Creating store order lists, expanding the selection if necessary. 3. Training team members. 4. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, basic Excel required. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Shift Leader to oversee daily operations in our retail environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service, managing staff, and driving sales performance. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the retail team to ensure smooth operations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize POS systems for transactions and inventory management. Analyze sales data and apply retail math to make informed decisions that drive sales growth. Assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance. Implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales. Maintain effective communication with team members regarding goals, expectations, and operational changes. Qualifications Proven experience in retail management is required. Strong understanding of retail math principles and ability to analyze sales reports. Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette when interacting with customers and team members. Ability to manage a diverse team effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Experience in recruiting and training staff is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, weekends availability is required, holiday availability is required as well as major events in Downtown Nashville. We are looking for energetic, dedicated, punctual person who is ready to be out with the team to improve all processes in the store. Being on feet for extended period of time for 8-10 hours a day if necessary. Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly.
