You will lead and coach a sales and lesson team, manage inventory for instruments, rentals, repairs, and accessories, and ensure an exceptional student- and educator-focused experience. Partner with school service reps, support private lesson programs, and maintain accurate cash handling and store reporting. The role requires strong retail leadership, scheduling, merchandising, and customer service skills in a collaborative, performance-oriented environment.
