HAVE AUTOMOTIVE SALES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

•Our Hyundai dealership in DFW area is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle operation. We're looking for someone who can manage inventory, support the sales team, and keep vehicles moving from acquisition through retail sale. Responsibilities Appraise trade-ins and acquire pre-owned vehicles with attention to market demand and profitability. Manage pricing, merchandising, inventory aging, and wholesale decisions. Work with service and reconditioning teams to get vehicles retail-ready promptly. Coach sales associates and assist with customer negotiations and deal structure. Monitor sales performance and maintain accurate inventory records. Qualifications Prior used car sales management experience at a franchised automotive dealership is required. Strong experience with vehicle appraisals, inventory management, and market-based pricing. Proven ability to lead a team and make sound decisions in a fast-paced dealership. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and ability to meet dealership driving requirements.
