Job Description
Recruit, hire, train, coach, and supervise store employees.
Create schedules and maintain proper staffing levels.
Drive sales while managing labor, inventory, cash, and other operating costs.
Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and fully stocked store.
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Monitor inventory, merchandise displays, pricing, and promotions.
Complete daily reports, paperwork, and cash reconciliation.
Monitor fuel pricing and communicate updates as required.
Enforce company policies, safety standards, and security procedures.
Conduct safety meetings and report employee or customer incidents.
Perform cashier duties and assist with daily store operations as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
