In-Store Program Manager Axis Water Technologies - 4.2 Lubbock, TX Job Details $45,000 a year 4 hours ago Qualifications Team scheduling Full Job Description About us Axis Water Technologies sells, installs, and services water treatment systems across West Texas, including softeners, reverse osmosis, and filtration. We test the water, show customers the numbers, and recommend only what they need. Our team values a teachable mindset, grit, curiosity, and honesty. The role Our lead generation team works inside Stores and offers shoppers a free water test. We need a manager to build, lead, and hold that team accountable across seven markets: Lubbock, Amarillo, Midland, Odessa, San Angelo, Abilene, and Brownwood. You'll report directly to operations leadership, be based in Lubbock, and travel regularly to the other markets. What you'll do Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and when necessary terminate lead generation representatives. Build and manage weekly schedules for every store and market. Track performance against our standard of 1 qualified lead per hour, and act quickly when a rep or location falls short. Manage our in-store test tree displays: keep them stocked, set up correctly, and in their approved locations. Deliver product knowledge training to lead generation reps and store teams on water hardness, TDS, softeners, RO, and how our free water test works. Visit stores across all seven markets to observe, coach, and keep our relationships with store management strong. Report results and staffing needs to leadership on a regular basis. What we're looking for 2+ years managing hourly or field teams, ideally in retail, events, or sales. Experience hiring, scheduling, and having direct conversations about performance. Comfort working with numbers, including tracking leads, hours, and conversion. Willingness to travel regularly across West Texas, including some overnight trips. A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation. Strong communication skills and a professional presence in a retail setting. Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce is a plus. Knowledge of water treatment is a plus. We'll train the right person.
