Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including scheduling, task assignment, and ensuring operational efficiency. Lead and develop a team of station/store associates through training and ongoing coaching. Uphold company standards for customer service, cleanliness, and safety protocols. Ensure accurate reporting, cash handling, and daily deposits. Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and achieve business objectives. Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or GED.
Experience:
1 year required. Previous management experience in retail or a similar industry.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
