Job DescriptionThe Store Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of daily store operations, driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and developing a high-performing team. This role oversees hiring, training, coaching, and performance management while ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and profitability. The Store Manager partners with leadership to achieve business goals, maintain a positive workplace culture, and provide customers with a fast, friendly, and trusted automotive service experience.
Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive guest experience.
Manage daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and financial performance.
Coach employees on performance, productivity, and career development.
Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality expectations.
Drive revenue growth through effective leadership, customer retention, and operational efficiency.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
QualificationsWe are looking for:
Outstanding leadership and store management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced work environmentHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to mentor others in a manner that ensures efficiencyExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to develop professional relationships with customers and team membersMinimum of 2 years' experience in a Service Manager roleProven track record of exceeding business objectivesAbility to work efficiently both individually and as part of a teamSolid knowledge of basic OSHA laws and MSDS ComplianceAdditional InformationAll information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
