We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wireless sales, customer service, and sales management. Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the retail store
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage and motivate sales team to achieve sales targets
• Oversee employee orientation, training, and development programs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle employee scheduling and performance evaluations
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for restocking
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner
