This position is primarily second shift , with the main responsibility of leading the team during closing and ensuring the store is properly closed and ready for the next business day. The Key Holder will help provide excellent customer service, support the team, maintain a clean and safe store, and make sure all closing procedures are completed correctly.

Key Holder Duties Include:

Lead and support the team during the second shift Assist with daily store operations and customer service Ensure all vehicles receive quality service and excellent customer care Monitor the work area and make sure teammates are following company procedures Ensure the upper and lower bays are clean, organized, and presentable Complete all required closing duties before leaving the store Make sure all equipment, tools, and work areas are properly cleaned and secured Ensure trash and waste are properly handled and the store is clean Verify that all closing checklists and required paperwork are completed Secure the building, doors, equipment, and store at closing Ensure the store is completely closed and secured by the 8:00 PM closing time Communicate any customer, vehicle, equipment, or operational issues to management Help train and coach teammates when needed Maintain a safe working environment and follow all company safety procedures Be willing to assist with automotive services and other store duties as needed Lead by example and help ensure the team provides fast, friendly, and professional service

Qualifications:

Previous automotive or customer service experience preferred Previous leadership or Key Holder experience is a plus Must be dependable, responsible, and able to work independently Must be able to communicate effectively with teammates and guests Must be able to follow company procedures and complete closing responsibilities Valid driver's license required to operate guest vehicles Must be able to lift work-related items up to 50 pounds Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Must be willing to work evenings and weekends Must be available to work second shift and closing hours
