$ 50-60k/year Sixteen , the fashion brand owned by creators Not Enough Nelsons and JustKass , is looking for an experienced, energetic, and people-focused Store General Manager to lead our retail store at Red Cliffs Mall in St. George, Utah. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves fashion, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to create an exceptional experience for both customers and employees . This role requires a strong leader who can balance daily operations, team development, sales performance, merchandising, and the unique energy that comes with working for a creator-owned brand. Our store attracts both everyday shoppers and visitors who are excited to experience the Sixteen brand and the creators they follow online. Treating every guest with warmth, patience, respect, curiosity, and genuine care is an essential part of this position. What You'll Do Lead all day-to-day store operations and maintain a welcoming, organized, high-energy environment Hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop a strong retail team Create a positive employee experience where team members feel supported, valued, accountable, and motivated Deliver exceptional customer service and set the standard for the entire staff Understand and manage the flexibility required with employee schedules, availability, and changing store needs Drive sales goals and monitor store performance Stay current on fashion trends, merchandise, new arrivals, and the Sixteen brand Oversee visual merchandising and ensure the store consistently feels fresh, organized, and on-brand Manage inventory, receiving, restocking, and product organization Oversee opening and closing procedures, POS operations, cash handling, and daily reporting Handle customer concerns professionally and thoughtfully Maintain appropriate staffing during busy periods, launches, events, weekends, and high-traffic days Create memorable experiences for fans and visitors while maintaining professionalism and appropriate boundaries Partner closely with ownership and the Sixteen team on launches, events, promotions, and evolving business needs Who We're Looking For Previous retail management experience; Store Manager or General Manager experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills A genuine love of fashion, styling, retail, and current trends Excellent customer service and communication skills Someone who enjoys and performs well in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment Organized, dependable, proactive, and confident making decisions Able to hold employees accountable while maintaining a supportive, positive culture Flexible and understanding when managing staff schedules and changing business demands Comfortable interacting with fans, families, teens, and customers from a wide range of backgrounds Strong professionalism, judgment, discretion, and emotional maturity Experience with scheduling, inventory, merchandising, POS systems, and retail operations Availability to work weekends, holidays, launches, events, and peak retail periods as needed The Right Person for Sixteen You can run a great store while understanding the heart behind the brand.
