•$120,000+ About the Role We are looking for a driven, high-energy Sales Representative (Setter/Closer) to join our permanent outdoor lighting team. In this role, you will help homeowners upgrade their properties with premium, track-mounted LED soffit and eave lighting systems. Whether you are door-knocking, following up on company-generated leads, or conducting evening lighting demos, you will have total control over your earning potential. Average ticket prices range from $2,500 to $6,000+ , meaning a single closed deal earns you $300 to $1,500+ .

What You'll Do Self-Generate & Qualify Leads:

Connect with homeowners through door-to-door outreach, local networking, and self-sourced leads.

Conduct Demos & Consultations:

Walk properties, measure perimeter linear footage, demonstrate lighting capabilities, and select matching track colors.

Close Deals:

Present quotes, address objections, lock in contracts, and collect initial deposits.

Manage Pipeline:

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects from initial contact to contract execution.

Product & Sales Training:

Full onboarding on custom track sizing, installation processes, and closing scripts. Paid out weekly after install Qualifications 1+ years of direct-to-consumer (D2C), door-to-door, or home improvement sales experience preferred. Proven ability to self-manage, hustle, and close on the first or second visit. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
