About The Role:
As the Assistant Manager, you will help lead our locations' restaurant team and maintain systems to ensure a successful operation of the restaurant. The Assistant Manager is committed to developing people, ensuring a smooth operation, managing costs, ensuring fantastic guest experiences, and maintaining food quality and safety.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Train new staff on how to lead in the areas of People, Guests, Sales, and Profit.
  • Coach and mentor staff, providing them with detailed feedback on how they can continually improve their performance.
  • Continuously develop all members of the store team to the next level.
  • Know, enforce and educate associates on all appropriate personnel policies, labor laws, security, and safety procedures.
  • Help with training.
  • Help to decrease turnover and improve the store team's job satisfaction.
  • Conduct new employee orientation.
  • Make sure the associate's schedule is properly executed.
  • Communicate effectively with all staff
  • Help with the rolling out of new processes/products.
  • Help with administering in-store employee benefits and payroll procedures, including reporting.
  • Ensure top-quality Guest Experience.
  • Ensure the standards are maintained for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation.
  • Effectively handle guest complaints/issues.
  • Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and security standards are met.
  • Control cost of goods, variances, and inventories within the store.
Skills and Qualifications Candidates must have a history of creating value and winning.
A broad-based background to include:
  • 1-4 years of Restaurant Assistant Management Experience
  • Computer knowledge (POS Systems, Excel, Windows)
  • Proven leadership skills, strong communication, and ability to follow-through
  • Passion for the guest experience, service driven Must be able to work weekends
Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
