Supervises sales associates and retail store operations. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. May prepare work schedules and hire, train and evaluate sales associates. May supervise warehouse, cleaning, maintenance or security staff. Assists with resolving customer complaints.

Manager Duties & Responsibilities Supervise, lead, and motivate employees to achieve departmental and organizational goals. Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Assign tasks, establish priorities, and monitor employee performance and progress. Recruit, train, onboard, and develop employees while providing ongoing coaching and feedback. Prepare employee schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels. Maintain high standards of customer service, quality, safety, and professionalism. Monitor budgets, expenses, inventory, and other operational resources as required. Address employee concerns, resolve workplace issues, and handle conflicts professionally. Conduct performance evaluations and implement performance improvement plans when necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations. Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and communicate operational updates to senior management. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity. Collaborate with other departments and management to meet organizational objectives. Handle customer or client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

$15.00 - $22.00 per hour
