Job Description

Supervises the day to day shop operations, maintains high shop standards and conditions, and fosters a positive environment, which provides consistent fast, efficient and friendly service ensuring a "Total Quality Experience" for both our customers and employees. The shop supervisor creates the tone and personality of the shop by being an advocate of training customer service, product knowledge, and education while encouraging safe work practices. Both evening and day shifts are available. Must be willing to work weekends or holiday shifts as scheduled. Vermont state liquor certificate required. Salary range is $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Responsibilities Include:
Conducting nightly cash out, running revenue reports and daily deposits to accounting. Assists manager with ordering merchandise and preparing requisitions to replenish merchandise on hand. Assists manager in formulating pricing policy on menu items according to requirements for profitability of the shop.
