Center Store Manager
Job Description
Healthy Living is looking for a Center Store Manager in South Burlington. The Center Store Manager will oversee all functions of the Grocery, Refrigerated, Frozen, Wellness, Beer, and Wine departments. This individual will be leading department staff and managing daily operations, merchandising, inventory levels, product quality, and department performance. This role is responsible for replenishment buying and inventory management, utilizing HL software, ordering systems, cycle counts, and data reports to support sales goals and budget expectations. The Center Store Manager leads by example, providing genuine and compassionate "extra mile" service to guests while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills are essential. Flexible scheduling is a must!

Full-time position, 40 hours/week including flexible availabilityPay Rate:
