Take direct ownership of a primary operational system such as Inventory & Ordering (weekly counts, waste tracking, vendor orders), Onboarding & Training (bringing new crew members up to speed), or Scheduling (managing availability and shift trades).Help monitor daily labor targets and food costs to keep the store running efficiently.3.

Handle customer feedback on-shift with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.
