We are seeking a Retail Assistant Manager who will assist the Store Manager in the overall daily operations of the store. Here's what you'll be doing: Help manage the team Implement and enforce company policies and procedures Interview and Hire Develop, mentor and train Sales Associates in the store Train and enforce superior customer service Assist in scheduling employees to ensure store is properly staffed while staying within set labor hours Ensure Cash Handling is per policy Educate team on safety and security procedures Compliance with all State and Federal Laws Comply and actively support all company policies and procedures Prioritizes and Delegates store tasks Manage the store Monitor and maximize sales and work to succeed in meeting sales goals Active Role on the Sales Floor Balancing the books daily using designated software and proprietary company spreadsheets Manage store expenses Ensure store is achieving standards for all external and internal Inspections Daily inventory control and participation in store audits Here are the qualifications we're looking for: Customer service experience is required Superior customer service skills, and demonstrated ability to diffuse heated conversations Excellent judgment, ability to make quick decisions when necessary and willingness to obtain leadership approval when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Benefits:
Salary:
$19.75/hr. while training; $20.25/hr. after training. Company offered Medical & Dental insurance (available to employee's family at an additional cost)
