The position requires a high degree of professionalism and exercises independent judgement in interpreting and applying WSU and Department of Education policies and procedures. Position requires a Bachelors degree and four (4) years of professional work experience in K-12 student services or related education/experiences. One (1) year or more years of experience leading or directing the work of others. Site Manager | Southridge High School WSU Tri-Cities is seeking a GEAR UP Site Manager at Southridge High School with a work location in Kennewick, WA. This position is responsible for the strategic planning, administration, and management of the WSU Tri-Cities GEAR UP project at a designated large school. Position requires a Bachelors degree and four (4) years of professional work experience in student services or related education/experience. One (1) year or more years of experience leading or directing the work of others. A Masters degree in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of professional work experience.
