Responsibilities Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and staff management Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performing workforce Manage payroll, scheduling, and employee orientation to ensure optimal staffing levels and productivity Oversee merchandising, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives to maximize sales potential Maintain accurate bookkeeping, cash handling, POS operations, and store financial records Conduct regular inventory management tasks such as stock ordering, purchasing, stock rotation, and shrink control Ensure compliance with safety standards, store policies, and customer service excellence at all times Experience Proven management experience in retail or C-Store environments with supervising responsibilities Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development Demonstrated proficiency in retail math including budgeting, pricing strategies, sales management, and inventory control Excellent communication skills with bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred for diverse customer engagement Experience with POS systems, cashiering procedures, cash handling protocols, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and payroll processing Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience in retail sales or wireless sales highly desirable Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively through excellent organizational skills and time management techniques
