Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Glass and Fabrication Shop Manager to oversee our production facility. You will lead daily operations, manage a team of fabricators, and ensure projects meet strict quality and timing standards. This role requires strong leadership and a commitment to shop safety. Key Responsibilities Manage daily shop production schedules. Oversee CNC, cutting and assembly Supervise, train, and schedule shop personnel. Enforce OSHA and internal safety protocols. Inspect finished products for quality assurance. Monitor raw material and hardware inventory. Optimize workflow to minimize material waste. Coordinate with project managers on deadlines. Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery. Qualifications 5+ years of fabrication experience. 2+ years in a supervisory or management role. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Experience with inventory management software. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
