•7:00 AM | $26.00/ hour Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support Assemblers throughout the shift to help the team meet production goals and performance expectations.
Monitor daily performance related to safety, quality, production output, delivery, labor, scrap, and equipment efficiency.
Ensure production positions are properly staffed and team members understand their assigned responsibilities.
Assist with training employees on production processes, equipment operation, and proper work procedures.
Complete and maintain startup, production, changeover, and shutdown procedures for the line.
Verify materials, components, and workstations are properly prepared before production begins. #Manitowoc1
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous lead, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Previous assembly, packaging, or manufacturing experience is helpful.
- Ability to perform basic math and production calculations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to train, coach, and provide direction to team members.
- Comfortable working hands-on with production equipment and troubleshooting basic operational issues.
