A Retail Store Manager manages a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

Guest Experience & Restaurant Operations Deliver a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Ensure food quality, safety, and presentation meet brand standards Oversee cash handling, inventory, and daily operations Maintain store functionality and cleanliness Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a top-performing team Create a culture of recognition, positivity, and accountability Uphold health and safety standards across all shifts Marketing & Business Management Support local and national marketing campaigns Coordinate campus and community outreach Track business performance and adjust strategies to meet sales goals Plan and execute in-store promotions and special events What We're Looking For Education High school diploma or equivalent required College degree preferred Experience Minimum 1 years in restaurant or hospitality Supervisory or team leadership experience required Skills & Traits Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Comfortable with business reporting, POS systems, and team management Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Physical Requirements Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout your shift Lift and carry up to 10 lbs frequently, 30 lbs occasionally
