Job Description
We're hiring one reliable closer for our Subway on US-51 in Minocqua. Shift is 3pm to 9pm, 5 days a week — we're flexible on which 5 (needs to include at least one weekend day).
WHAT YOU'LL EARN
$16/hr base, plus tips that typically run $3 to $5/hr — so most closers take home around $19 to $21/hr. Paid biweekly with direct deposit. Closers tend to get the best tip shifts because evening customers tip more than the lunch crowd.WHAT YOU'LL DO
Make sandwiches and salads, run the register during the dinner rush, restock the line, and close the store down so the morning crew walks into a ready-to-go store. We'll train you on everything — no sandwich experience needed.WHAT WE OFFER
- $19 to $21/hr total earnings (base + tips)
- Free meal every shift you work
- Biweekly pay with direct deposit
- Employee discount, referral program, paid time off
- Clean, grease-free work environment — no fryer, no drive-thru
- A real schedule we build around your life, not one we hand you Sunday night
WHO THRIVES ON THIS SHIFT
Closers who like a slower start to the day, students or parents whose mornings are spoken for, and people who'd rather work evenings than 6am opens. If you take pride in leaving the store cleaner than you found it, you'll fit here.WHO DOESN'T
Anyone who needs a perfectly quiet job, or who can't commit to showing up. The 9pm close is on you — we can't have a closer who bails at 8.NEXT STEP
Apply through Indeed. You'll get a text from me within an hour. If we're a fit on a quick 5-minute phone call, I'll bring you in for a paid 2-hour tryout shift during a slow afternoon — yes, we pay you cash whether or not we hire you.Pay:
$16.00- $21.
