Description A Victoria's Secret & Co Operations Supervisor is a values-based leader who supports operational execution and store readiness. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned. Key Responsibilities Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance Identifies and escalates operational issues Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business Store Leadership Expectations Leading and demonstrating company values Executing the role of the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling Coaching & development of associates and leaders Executing Daily Work Force Management actions Maintaining visual merchandising standards Collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures Additional duties as assigned Click here for benefit details related to this position.
Minimum Salary:
$16.75
Maximum Salary:
$20.10 VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors. Qualifications Passion for Victoria's Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty Strong attention to detail and execution Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to coach in real time 1-2 years retail experience preferred Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers) We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest records, conviction records, or other criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of any applicable state and local laws.
