ARC is looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead one of our convenience stores and help create a great experience for both customers and employees. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of your store. You will lead your team, manage day-to-day operations, drive sales, maintain store standards, and make decisions that directly impact your store's success.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop your store team Recruit, hire, train, and manage employees Create a positive environment where employees want to work Provide fast, friendly, and consistent customer service Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store Manage inventory, product ordering, pricing, and merchandise displays Monitor sales and identify opportunities to improve store performance Create employee schedules and manage labor hours Control inventory shrink and protect company assets Oversee cash handling and daily store paperwork Ensure company policies, safety standards, and operating procedures are followed Work alongside your team when needed to keep the store running smoothly Take ownership of your store's overall performance

Qualifications:

Previous retail, restaurant, convenience store, or management experience preferred, but not required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees Strong customer-service mindset Good organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and make decisions Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment Willingness to work approximately 50 hours per week The typical Store Manager schedule is Monday-Friday, approximately 5:30AM-3:30PM, with occasional weekend coverage as needed. The Store Manager position is full-time, 50 hours a week. Weekly hours and compensation are negotiable. Interviews will be held at our Home Office located at 5816 W.
