Bridgeview Consulting is a growing business consulting and marketing firm that partners with nationally recognized brands like AT&T to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. We're currently looking for an Entry Level Manager to join our team and build a real foundation in leadership, business operations, client relations, and performance management. This is a ground-floor opportunity designed for motivated people who are ready to roll up their sleeves, learn fast, and grow into a long-term management career. As an Entry Level Manager, you'll work side by side with experienced leaders, get hands-on with the day-to-day operations of the business, and support teams representing AT&T's Fiber Internet services. Core Functions of the Entry Level Manager Participate in daily management training covering business operations, leadership skills, and client support. Help coordinate team activities and make sure daily operational goals stay on track. Support leadership with team development, coaching, and performance check-ins. Assist with maintaining accurate operational records, activity reports, and customer documentation. Build genuine connections with customers while representing AT&T services with professionalism. Collaborate with leadership to sharpen workflows, improve communication, and boost overall team efficiency. Show up for meetings, training sessions, and leadership development workshops. Develop a solid understanding of AT&T products and services to better support customer-facing teams. Education & Experience Needed for the Entry Level Manager High school diploma or equivalent preferred; must be 18 years of age. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive, growth-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to develop professionally. Organized and capable of managing time well and solving problems on the fly. Comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-moving environment. A background in customer service, hospitality, leadership, or team-based settings is a plus, but no prior experience is required to be considered.
Pay:
$4,800.00 - $5,300.00 per month
