What You'll Do:

Oversee and assist repair activities on oilfield trucks to maintain DOT compliance.

Conduct truck inspections.

Schedule and complete maintenance of records.

Maintain and/or verify hours, transportation, finance, inventory and personnel records.

Plan and establish work schedules and assignments.

Allocate equipment to meet operations goals.

Requisitions needed personnel, supplies, equipment, parts, and repair services.

Review orders, production schedules, and shipping/receiving notices to determine work sequence and material shipping dates.

Directly responsible for supervision of vehicle maintenance crew. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Resolves employee issues in accordance with company policy.

What We're Looking For:

Required Education, Experience and/or AbilitiesA high school diploma with a knowledge of oilfield trucking in conjunction with DOT Regulations as well as five to ten (5-10) years of experience in trucking maintenance and/or on the job training; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports.

Possession of a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a good Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).Acceptable results of DOT physical. Preferred Education, Experience and/or AbilitiesTwo (2) years of supervisory experience.

Additional Eligibility QualificationsEnglish language fluency, verbal and written.

Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.
