Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Immersive Tours:

Showcase our floor plans, community amenities, and custom features with energy and expertise.

Lead Generation & Nurturing:

Drive client outreach, follow up promptly on inquiries, and build a consistent pipeline of qualified buyers.

Guide & Negotiate:

Consult buyers on options, navigate purchase agreements, negotiate terms, and guide them smoothly through contract sign-off. Partner for

Must-Have Qualifications:
