Compensation $65,000-$140,000+ annually , based on sales performance, commissions, experience, and other qualifying factors. Responsibilities Greet customers and create a welcoming sales experience. Build strong relationships with customers and identify their vehicle needs. Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles. Conduct professional vehicle walk-arounds and test drives. Guide customers through the entire vehicle purchase process. Follow up with customers through phone calls, texts, and email. Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity. Work closely with the Sales and Finance teams to complete transactions. Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals. Stay current on Kia products, features, incentives, and financing options. Qualifications Previous automotive dealership sales experience preferred. Kia or import dealership experience is a plus. Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience encouraged. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment. Highly motivated and goal-oriented. Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
