Job Description

Sales Support responsibilities include, supporting our sales team, be a liaison to our internal title production and title units for our sales team and clients, this may include opening title orders, locating and sending out order information and reports, researching missing information requests and completing incomplete title order information. Preparing and distributing sales and marketing materials for our reps and a variety of other tasks as requested by sales reps and management. Pull permits, C of O's and Zoning information on the city/county websites. Assist with chains of title and copies of documents. Create minor marketing pieces for reps such as vacation flyers etc. Additional responsibilities may include supporting reps with our CRM platform and Power BI third party leads data source and be the technical support and supporting driver of these initiatives alongside the sales manager and director of office operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in our primary communication tools, Outlook and MS Teams, and comfortable working on a computer. Prior experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the title insurance or real estate industry, is highly desirable.
Key qualifications include:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
