Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level AT&T Assistant Provide in-person customer support to new and existing accounts Deliver clear information and answer questions with confidence and accuracy Maintain account updates, basic documentation, and follow-ups Participate in team training sessions focused on communication and customer support Assist with promotions, service adjustments, and account transitions Contribute to a positive team environment through dependable daily support Qualifications for the Entry Level AT&T Assistant High school diploma or GED required Less than two years of experience in customer-facing, operations, or service roles Comfortable speaking with new people and providing consistent support Coachable, dependable, and receptive to feedback Able to maintain a professional, positive demeanor in all interactions Background in hospitality, fitness, community programs, or team-based environments Experience simplifying information for others Interest in leadership development and long-term growth Comfortable working toward daily activity goals Reliable transportation for local territory coverage
