Job Description

We are hiring a Full Time Wireless Support Assistant to support customers in the Inland Empire with accessible mobile services. In this role, you'll learn the ropes of consultative, face-to-face sales — engaging directly with residents to generate new connections, build trust through clear and honest communication, and help customers stay connected without breaking their budget. As an Wireless Support Assistant, you'll start with hands-on training covering low-cost plan options, reliable service features, and device guidance, so you're fully equipped to help customers make confident decisions. From there, you'll move into direct customer outreach, presenting affordable mobile solutions tailored to real budgets and everyday needs. Responsibilities of the Wireless Support Assistant Partner with customers during in-person outreach to understand their mobile needs and recommend government-assistance phone and plan options suited to how they communicate Break down coverage, data, and device options in simple, friendly terms that build trust and confidence Prepare comparison sheets, enrollment forms, and support materials to keep the sales process running smoothly Guide customers through each step of enrollment, ensuring accuracy and a smooth handoff to the activation team Keep organized records of customer preferences, outreach notes, and follow-up steps to support team coordination Support daily outreach efforts — greeting customers, answering questions, and creating a strong first impression Qualifications of the Wireless Support Assistant High school diploma or GED preferred Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — full training provided Willingness to learn mobile plan offerings and stay current on updates Ability to prepare enrollment materials and support daily team workflow Comfortable engaging with customers face to face and walking them through enrollment
Pay:
$50,590.24 - $60,925.88 per year
