Job Description
The Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Agent Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.90 and $17.50. The following description of duties is listed below and not limited to the following:
Sales:
- Field Internet Leads to cover Sales of their off days
- Assist on Overdue Internet, Showroom and Phone tasks
- Check open box leads. Up-date and close out lead as needed
- Research competitive websites, You Tube and social media for "How To" Videos
- Film 30 second spots for our Facebook and Instagram
- Film 30 to 1 minute "How To" videos to add to our website and website
- Film Intro Videos for New Staff for Eleads
