Job Description

Overview We are a well-established wholesale business in Riverside, CA seeking reliable and motivated Full Time or Part-Time Office & Sales Assistants . This position is a great fit for college students looking for flexible hours and hands-on experience in office operations and sales support. Duties Answer phones and respond to emails in a professional manner Assist with customer inquiries, order processing, and follow-ups Support the sales team with administrative and customer-related tasks Maintain accurate customer and order records Perform data entry, filing, and general office duties Experience Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in basic office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Dependable, detail-oriented, and a positive attitude and eagerness to learn Previous office, customer service, or sales experience is a plus Ability to multitask effectively in a lively environment Fluency in two or more languages is preferred
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
