The Business Management Assistant will also partner with businesses, offering guidance on fiber internet, VoIP, and business wireless plans. The Business Management Assistant's honest approach will help business customers with their connectivity choices, building strong account relationships that last. As a Business Management Assistant, you'll start with sales training in AT&T Business Fiber, VoIP, and wireless offerings, mastering enrollment and account management protocols. The Business Management Assistant will then engage businesses in person, nurture sales relationships, and guide account decisions with transparent, approachable sales expertise. Core Functions of the Business Management Assistant Connect with San Diego businesses through on‑site visits that assess connectivity needs and introduce AT&T Business solutions. Manage the full account lifecycle, ensuring clients receive ongoing support, service adjustments, and renewal guidance. Grow your portfolio by spotting sales opportunities within existing accounts and recommending AT&T Business enhancements. Partner with sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate documentation, and timely service activation. Lead quarterly check‑ins to demonstrate AT&T Business value and identify future connectivity needs. Balance aggressive sales targets with consistent account satisfaction and retention. Education & Experience Needed for the Business Management Assistant High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in B2B account support or sales is a plus. Preferred Skills for the Business Management Assistant Works well in fast‑paced B2B environments where service and sales overlap. Keeps accurate notes on client needs, preferences, and account activity. Brings a positive, polished demeanor that strengthens long‑term partnerships. Collaborates smoothly with sales teams to support account transitions.
