You don't need years of insurance experience to succeed — Brightway is looking for motivated, competitive, driven individuals who want to build a career in sales and are willing to learn. Brightway provides training, tools, leads, and mentorship to help you grow into a successful insurance professional, plus access to multiple carriers so you can offer coverage options built around each customer's needs. What You'll Do Learn and apply consultative insurance sales techniques Contact and follow up with leads provided by the agency Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions Develop relationships with prospective and existing customers Assist customers with Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance Learn insurance products, coverage options, and underwriting guidelines Maintain accurate customer and prospect records Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales process Participate in sales training, coaching, and team meetings Work toward individual sales and production goals What We're Looking For Previous sales, customer-facing, hospitality, retail, or service experience preferred Insurance experience helpful but not required High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented Comfortable making outbound calls and talking with prospective customers Strong follow-up and organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to be coached Must be willing to obtain the appropriate Florida insurance license Why Brightway?
