Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Franchise Development Coordinator to provide critical administrative support to the Vice President of Development and the Franchise Development team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks, maintaining organization across the team, and driving accountability to meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Act as the primary administrative support for the Vice President of Development, helping with emails, calls, correspondence and prioritizing urgent matters. Working the VP coordinating calendars, scheduling meetings, and ensuring all priorities are addressed. Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed for the VP. Team Coordination and Administrative Support Working with Franchise Developers, scheduling meetings and coordinating team events. Managing Broker portals and engagement strategy, including sponsorships, events, and analysis Prepare Franchise Sales materials, presentations, and informational packets Support the preparation of monthly financial and sales reports, consolidating data from multiple sources. Project and Task Management Track deadlines for key team projects, holding team members accountable and ensuring deliverables are completed on time. Assist in coordinating franchise development events, expos & webinars, including logistics and material preparation. Support internal communication to ensure the team is aligned and informed on priorities and deadlines. Operational Efficiency Helping to manage the CRM for organization, stage integrity and clean forecasting. Serve as the point of contact for administrative inquiries and tasks across the team. Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows and implement process enhancements. Coordination of the updates, distribution and tracking of the Franchise Disclosure Documents when applicable Other projects as needed.
Qualifications Education:
Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in a sales or franchise environment.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
