What you will do:
The Customer Service & Sales Support Associate plays a critical role in supporting customers, sales representatives, and internal operations by delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support. This position serves as a key point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, processing orders, coordinating order fulfillment, and supporting day-to-day sales activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while helping drive customer satisfaction and business growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and professional assistance. Enter, process, and manage customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently. Create sales orders from approved customer quotes and ensure timely order fulfillment. Support sales representatives with account management, quote preparation, order tracking, and customer follow-up activities. Coordinate order entry, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules to ensure customers receive products on time. Maintain accurate customer records and document customer interactions within CRM and business systems. Schedule meetings, maintain department records, and provide general administrative support to the sales team. Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service, sales support, inside sales, order management, or administrative support preferred. Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or business-to-business (B2B) environment is a plus. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong phone etiquette. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Experience with ERP and CRM systems preferred; NetSuite experience is a plus. Strong data entry and order processing skills. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Pay:
$18.00- $22.
