The Opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee logistics and supply chain projects within our 3PL operations. This role requires a strong team player who can collaborate cross-functionally while leading project initiatives. You'll manage client projects, streamline processes, and ensure timely, cost-effective project execution. The ideal candidate brings a blend of leadership, logistics knowledge, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

Work with Operations Supervisors to ensure deliverables are being achieved Work collaboratively with all team leads to support inventory counts, product moves, and management, and maintain accurate supply and equipment levels Communicates in a timely fashion regarding any issues involving inventory, staff, or safety Provide ongoing training and development to all warehouse associates Finding creative solutions for day-to-day operational challenges Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring policies and procedures are followed Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as needed by the supervisor or management to support the overall goals and operations of the warehouse. What You'll Bring to the Team (Required Skills & Abilities): 2+ years of experience working within a fulfillment center Must be 18 years or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift to 50 lbs without restrictions Able to stand and walk continuously during the entire length of the shift (8+ hours) Desire to work in a fast-paced, tech-oriented, warehouse environment
