Job Description
About the company SNT Biotech is a rapidly growing, founder-led population health company. We deliver integrated at-home screening programs to health plans, we own our high-complexity CLIA and COLA accredited laboratory, and we recently launched nationwide at-home cervical cancer screening. The role We have more opportunity in front of us than hours in the day, and we are looking for an exceptional right hand to the CEO. This is part high-level executive assistant, part sales-follow-up engine. Your mission is to make sure no leads or conversation ever goes cold. You will own the inbox, the follow-up, the scheduling, the proposals, and the CRM, so our team can focus on closing deals. If you are the person who never lets anything slip, this role is for you. The right person is highly organized, commercially aware, polished, and discreet, and moves seamlessly from managing the CEO's calendar to preparing a meeting brief, drafting an executive follow-up, and making sure important opportunities keep moving. This is a full-time, in-person role in Naperville, Illinois. This is not a calendar-and-travel assistant role. Sales follow-up and pipeline management are at the heart of it, and direct experience in both is required. What you will do Executive leverage Manage and strategically prioritize the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and commitments. Protect the CEO's time by distinguishing high-value priorities from items that can be delegated, deferred, or handled independently. Anticipate conflicts and proactively reorganize priorities as business needs change. Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for every important meeting and commitment. Sales follow-up and pipeline management Own and drive follow-ups across a high volume of contacts, meetings, and opportunities, ensuring nothing slips and every relationship advances. Manage the CEO's business development pipeline day to day: track each opportunity's status, next step, and owner, and keep everything moving. Coordinate follow-ups, proposals, presentations, and meetings with external contacts. Track introductions made to the CEO and ensure timely, professional follow-up. Make sure important conversations never lose momentum after a meeting. Meeting preparation and follow-through Prepare concise briefing documents before key meetings, covering attendees, background, prior conversations, outstanding items, and desired outcomes. Attend selected meetings, capture decisions and action items, and draft follow-up communications for the CEO. Track commitments and ensure internal and external next steps are completed on time. Executive communications Draft and refine emails, follow-ups, introductions, and other executive communications in a consistent, professional voice. Manage high-priority correspondence so time-sensitive messages get attention. Priority and project management Maintain the CEO's priority list and help ensure the highest-impact initiatives get attention. Track important projects and coordinate deliverables across the team when the CEO's involvement is required. Identify issues that need the CEO before they become urgent. Travel, conferences, and events Coordinate travel, itineraries, and meeting schedules. Help maximize conferences and events by organizing meetings and follow-ups, and capturing new relationships afterward. Information management and discretion Maintain organized files and records for priorities, presentations, and key relationships. Handle sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion. What you bring 7 or more years supporting a founder, CEO, or senior executive. Direct, hands-on experience with sales follow-up and pipeline management. This is a requirement, not a preference. You have owned the follow-through that keeps deals and relationships moving, not just the calendar. Highly polished, professional, and presentable, and confident interacting with senior executives and external contacts on the CEO's behalf. The ability to anticipate what needs to happen next without waiting for instructions. Exceptional written and verbal communication, with strong executive judgment. Comfort managing many high-priority initiatives at once in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Strong proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and modern productivity tools. Sound judgment, maturity, and discretion with confidential matters. Able to work on site in Naperville, Illinois. Nice to have Experience in healthcare, biotech, life sciences, private equity, consulting, or another fast-paced professional environment. Background supporting a sales or business development effort. Compensation and schedule Full-time, on site in Naperville, Illinois. Competitive salary depending on experience, plus a performance bonus. A high-visibility role working directly with the Founder and CEO of a growing, mission-driven company. How to apply Send a polished cover note and your resume to careers@sntbiotech.com. In your note, tell us about your experience with sales follow-up and pipeline management, and a time your follow-through kept an important opportunity on track.
