Ticknors Men's Clothier is an upscale men's clothing company with 13 locations across six states and more than 30 years in business. We're looking to add a full-time Sales Assistant to our team at Woodfield Mall. But don't let the title fool you. This position is designed to teach you our business from the ground up while developing you into a successful salesperson.

At Ticknors, we believe great salespeople are developed through education, repetition, coaching, and experience. You'll receive hands-on training in our sales philosophy and process, including regular roleplaying, coaching, and review. At the same time, you'll learn the operational side of running a successful retail business, including: Inventory management Point-of-sale systems CRM and client management Merchandising and store operations Product knowledge and men's clothing Customer service and relationship building Our complete sales process As you develop, you'll also have opportunities to work directly with customers and earn 3% commission on everything you personally sell—with no commission cap.

The goal is simple:

when opportunity presents itself on the sales floor, we want you trained, confident, and ready to take advantage of it.

COMPENSATION

$700 per week guaranteed base pay PLUS 3% commission on your personal sales Commission is uncapped This is a full-time position averaging approximately 40-45 hours per week .

Previous clothing experience is not required , and previous sales experience is helpful but not necessary . We're much more interested in finding the right personality and attitude.
