As a Guidewire Configuration Lead, you will be part of the IT department supporting the insurance solutions team. Schaumburg, Illinois What's the Job? Drive the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire solutions across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter platforms. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams working on Guidewire configuration projects. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions. Review technical designs, code, and implementation approaches to ensure quality and compliance with best practices. Support production deployments and post-implementation activities to ensure smooth operations. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. At least 8 years of software development experience, with 5 years specifically in Guidewire configuration and development. Hands-on experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications including PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter. Proficiency in Gosu programming, Guidewire architecture, and integration patterns. Experience leading development teams and managing technical deliverables in Guidewire projects. What's in it for me?
