Job Description
EVENT & MERCH SALES ASSISTANT / SEPTEMBER 20
Birchwood Palace Industries, the famous and beloved local micropress, is looking for someone to help with sales during a two-hour zine release event on Sunday, September 20 in South Minneapolis from 3-5pm. You'll run Stripe payments, accept Venmo and cash, assemble purchases, track inventory, and keep the sales table organized. No hard selling or pitching required — people will already be there to browse and buy. Phone with contactless pay will be provided. Some previous experience with tabling, retail, events, e-commerce, or point-of-sale systems is preferred, especially in a music or art setting. September 20
• Minneapolis Approximately two hours, plus a little setup/cleanup time
