Responsibilities Provide friendly, engaging customer service to every guest Meet and exceed daily sales goals Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising Receive, organize, and replenish inventory Stock merchandise and keep products well organized Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting sales area Communicate openly with sales leadership and business owners Qualifications At least 1 year of retail, sales, or high-volume customer service experience Strong communication skills and ability to interact comfortably with customers Passion for rocks, crystals, and natural products preferred Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to communicate effectively in English Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift (8+ hours as needed) Frequently bend, twist, squat, kneel, push, and pull throughout the day Lift and move up to 40 pounds independently Move merchandise and inventory using carts or wagons weighing over 40 pounds Maintain mobility throughout a busy mall environment What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Opportunity to work in a unique and engaging retail environment Benefits available through Atlas Staffing inc.
