New Home Sales Assistant - Part Time (Temporary with Potential for Permanent) Job Summary This role is ideal for individuals seeking steady part-time work through spring and early summer. We offer predictable hours and a straightforward set of responsibilities focused on greeting buyers, maintaining the model home, and supporting the sales process for the remaining homes in this community. This position is part-time at approximately 30 hours per week and is expected to run through June. There is potential for permanent placement with additional inventory, but this is not guaranteed. What You Will Do Welcome visitors to the model home and provide basic information Maintain an elevated indoor setting by keeping the model home and sales office clean, organized, and presentable Assist buyers with simple questions about the community and home features Support the sales team with light administrative tasks Participate in basic training to learn our process Attend required team meetings, including occasional paid travel to Spokane Work most weekends as part of the schedule Schedule Part-time, approximately 30 hours per week, onsite, including most weekends. Skills Needed Comfortable speaking with customers in a friendly, professional manner Reliable, consistent attendance, reliable transportation Basic computer skills Ability to learn new processes Clear and professional communication style Education High school diploma or GED required.
