This full-time, in-person opportunity is ideal for individuals who are fluent in Spanish and English and want to build hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and professional communication. As an AT&T Sales Assistant, you will work directly with customers throughout Raleigh, helping Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers understand AT&T solutions, answering questions, identifying needs, and supporting the sales process. As an AT&T Sales Assistant, you will play an important role in creating positive customer experiences while helping drive sales growth. You'll have the opportunity to strengthen your communication, sales, and relationship-building skills through daily customer interactions, team collaboration, and hands-on coaching. Spanish fluency will allow you to effectively communicate with a broader range of customers and provide a more personalized experience when discussing AT&T products and services. What You'll Do as an

AT&T Sales Assistant:

Engage with customers in person in both English and Spanish to introduce AT&T products and services and support the sales process. Communicate with Spanish-speaking customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide clear information about available AT&T solutions. Build strong customer relationships through professional, personalized, and bilingual communication. Stay informed on AT&T products, services, promotions, and features to confidently present solutions to customers. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while maintaining a positive customer experience. Develop sales, communication, customer engagement, and leadership skills through hands-on experience as an AT&T Sales Assistant.

What We're Looking For:

Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate comfortably with customers in both languages. Strong interest in sales, customer engagement, and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with customers, presenting information, and learning new sales techniques. Organized, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
