Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused AT&T Sales Assistant to join our sales team in the Greensboro area. Whether you're new to telecommunications or bringing prior experience, we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed and grow in the role. As an AT&T Sales Assistant, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend products and services that improve their everyday connectivity. The AT&T Sales Assistant role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, have an interest in technology, and are motivated to build a long-term career in sales and account management.

AT&T Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

Engage directly with customers to present and explain AT&T products, services, and current promotions Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend tailored solutions, including wireless, internet, TV, and mobile offerings Build and maintain strong knowledge of AT&T products, features, and promotional updates Develop lasting customer relationships through high-quality service and sales support Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely, professional solutions Deliver excellent customer experiences while meeting or exceeding sales targets Attend AT&T Sales Assistant seminars to strengthen your sales and customer service skills, and stay up to date on AT&T's latest products

AT&T Sales Assistant Qualifications:
